    • Landing page

  • Once subscribed, you can add requests to your Trello queue at any time. Requests are addressed one at a time. You can adjust the priority of the requests in the queue based on your needs.

  • General graphic design requests are typically completed within 2 business days, while more complex projects may require additional time to maintain quality.

    Branding requests typically take about 5 business days, but the timeline may extend based on the number of client revisions.

  • I craft all the designs myself at Theta Creative. As a local designer, I prioritize personal collaboration and don’t outsource work overseas, ensuring a genuine connection with every project.

  • If you don’t have enough design work for a month, you can pause your subscription. Billing occurs every 31 days, so if you use the service for 21 days and pause, the remaining 10 days will carry over. You can resume or apply those days later when needed. There are no contracts, and you can pause, switch, or cancel plans at any time, giving you flexibility based on your business needs.

  • A Deliverable is a standalone design piece, like a business card or social media template. Minor adjustments, such as edits or tweaks to existing designs, are requests. Deliverables are a way to set clear expectations for both parties on the scope and depth of the work within each month’s retainer.

  • After you submit an inquiry and we complete an initial call to assess your needs, you’ll choose a design service package. From there, you can submit project requests via the Trello app, where you’ll have options to upload files, links, Google Drive files, or Loom videos.

  • I don’t personally provide the following services but do collaborate, source, and negotiate best in class pricing. Including: 3D modeling, animated graphics, extensive multi-page document design, medical forms, full websites, product design, UX/UI, and complex packaging.
    Designers are not unicorns, and some projects may require specialized expertise.

  • Choose a package that fits your needs. Once your request is complete, you can pause your month and bank the additional days once you resume your subscription. You can also cancel at any time.

  • Payment is required before each project begins to keep the process clear and efficient. This approach helps avoid any delays and ensures a smooth workflow for both of us.

  • Refunds are not available for services rendered, as my time and expertise are valuable. When you invest in design work, you’re paying for the creative process and the results, which require significant energy and resources. I strive to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product; communication throughout the process helps achieve that.
